　　 庄园主要有两座典型欧式风格建筑和若干别墅组成，其中一座称“总督府”，是按照澳大利亚塔斯马尼亚洲总督府1:1比例建造而成，另一座称“红酒培训中心”。沿山路而上即可看到一个由30立方米的橡木制成的酒桶造型的大门，此处就是红酒庄园的入口处，沿山路而上，一排连体别墅映入眼帘，内设有厨房，客人可以用自己从山上采摘来的菜品烹饪自己喜欢的美食，尽享田园情趣。

　　 在山路东侧有一个魔方花坛，其整体为西式园林风格，但在花坛中央有四尊铜像，一位抚琴，一位着棋，一位看书，一位作画，称为“琴、棋、书、画”。

　　 “总督府”的设施功能主要为娱乐和会议，共有四层。一层有多功能厅、贵宾厅、展厅；二层有五个会议室，可分别容纳20—200人三层为休闲区，有欧式酒吧、日韩茶吧，还设有两座观景塔，站在观景塔中就可以看到密云县城全貌。地下一层为康乐区，设有保龄球、沙弧球和卡拉OK。地下一层建有一个人工的水幕，置身其中，仿佛置身于洞穴，倾听山泉之声。三层还设有桌上足球，在听着音乐，品尝香淳的萄葡酒的同时，还可感受一下赛场上的刺激。
